• Replaced the front wood supports of the awning

– Main supports and Plywood was replaced.

• Installed soffit and lighting around the front and sides

– Replaced wiring for lights around the outside of the building.

• Installed a dusk-to-dawn light at the back entrance
• Replaced kitchen tile and added metal wall panels
• Installed an instant water heater
• Installed an outdoor mop sink
• Removed a 100-year-old tree threatening the building
• Fully renovated bathroom: new toilet, floor, sink, cabinet, and heater

Previous Renovations

• Replaced the roof of the building

– A hail storm had damaged the roof and awnings. Both were replaced.

• Installed a new outdoor power panel (Service Panel)
• Installed a new floor in the walk-in cooler
• Tile-floored the entire building over original concrete
• Installed stainless steel shelving in kitchen and backroom
• Installed a new exhaust vent for the fryer
